POLICY.

Recess+ costs $4.99 USD each month. It is an optional recurring supporter subscription. Core games remain free, and Recess+ does not provide pay-to-win advantages.

An adult account holder, parent, or legal guardian must authorize checkout. Stripe processes payment details; Recess does not store full card numbers.

You can cancel future renewals through Stripe Billing Portal from the Recess+ page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless applicable law requires otherwise. Access continues through that period.

Completed billing periods are generally non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe a charge was duplicated, unauthorized, or made in error, email recessarcadesupport@gmail.com. We will review the account and Stripe transaction record.

Deleting an account first cancels or removes associated Stripe billing before account data is deleted. If that safe cancellation step fails, deletion stops and support contact information is shown instead.
